GeeftMe is a mobile application that allows users to create gift lists, share these lists with their followers, and engage in social interactions. GeeftMe provides a digital service only through the platform; it is not a seller, product provider, or commercial intermediary service.

2. Age Restriction, Account Creation, and Security

To use the application, you must be at least **13 years old**. Users under the age of 18 may use the application with the consent of their parents or legal guardians.

Users are responsible for creating an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. The security of the account, including the protection of passwords and login credentials, is the sole responsibility of the user.

3. User Responsibilities

When using the application, you agree not to:

• Create misleading, false, or fraudulent information.
• Use another person's account without authorization.
• Share content that violates copyrights or is illegal.
• Engage in harassment, threats, abuse, or malicious behavior.
• Attempt technical intrusions that could harm the application's operation.
• Use automated tools to collect, copy content, or manipulate services.
• Share private information in a manner that constitutes a privacy violation.

4. Intellectual Property Rights and Content License

4.1. GeeftMe Ownership

All intellectual property rights over the application itself, its software, design, logo, and brand ("GeeftMe") belong to **GeeftMe OÜ** and are protected by international laws. Your use of the application does not grant you any ownership rights over these properties.

4.2. User Content and License

All content created by users (gifts, descriptions, images, comments, etc.) is the sole responsibility of the respective user. By uploading content to the application, the user grants GeeftMe a **perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license** to use the content for the purpose of providing, promoting, and improving the service. This license includes sharing, copying, and changing the format of the user's content within the scope of technical requirements.

When the private account feature is used, content is visible only to approved individuals. Every user has the right to manage their own privacy settings.

5. Prohibited Conduct and Account Termination

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited, and upon detection, the account may be temporarily or permanently restricted, suspended, or terminated without prior notice:

• Spam, fraud, or attempts at abuse.
• Messages or content that harasses or threatens users.
• Misusing the platform for advertising, promotion, or sales purposes.
• Using gift lists to collect personal information about other people.
• Attempting to compromise the application's security.

The user can delete their account at any time. Upon account deletion, all content and associated data are permanently removed.

6. Third-Party Links

GeeftMe may contain links that redirect to third-party websites or product pages. These sites are not managed by GeeftMe, and we are not responsible for their content, security, or operation. The privacy policies and terms of use of these sites belong to the respective third parties.

7. Changes to the Service and Disclaimer of Warranty

GeeftMe reserves the right to change, update, suspend, or terminate the service and features without prior notice.

GeeftMe does not guarantee that the service will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or securely; the application is provided **"as is" and "as available."**

8. Limitation of Liability

GeeftMe is **not responsible for:**

• Content added by users.
• The accuracy of third-party links.
• Relationships between users or commercial transactions with third parties.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the application.

GeeftMe's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, is limited to **Zero Turkish Lira (0 TL)** in all circumstances.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced within the application. Users are encouraged to keep track of updates. By continuing to use the application after the Terms have been updated, you agree to the revised terms.
